Molasses-alcoholic wastewater is difficult to be degraded, and it is a "bottleneck" problem of comprehensive utilization of sugarcane in sugar industry of GuangXi zone. This paper summarizes the disposal methods of alcohol waste liquid which come from sugarcane molasses at first. Then on the basis of analysed and determinated the main inorganic and organic matter in molasses and its alcoholic waste water, the study design a new operation process of disposal method with biochemistry-absorption process and chemical method. It can provide new thoughts and pathways for industrialization treatment of molasses alcohol waste water . The main contents of experiment were as follow:In the first part of experiment, a yeast strain was cultured in waste liquid from alcohol fermentation of sugarcane molasses to produce single cell protein. Through orthogonal and single-factor experiments, various factors that affected the microbial protein yield are investigated and optimum cultivation conditions are achieved. Under such optimum conditions as waste liquid the dilution ratio is 3 times, initial pH 5.0, 0.2% of NaH2PO4 · 2H2O, 0.4% of seed and cultivation time 3d.In the second part of experiment, compared with the decolourization of aerobic aeration and activated sludge aeration, it is found that the methods of using active mud aerate better than aerobic aerate in the treatment of cane molasses. In the experiment, the optimal treatment conditions are obtained as follows: pH value is 7, treatment time is 40h.In the third part of experiment, the active carbon and aluminium sulphate, as well as microbes are used to decolorize the molasses wastewater. In the process of molasses-alcoholic wastewater treatment, treatment time ,pH value, temperature and consuming quantity are factors affecting COD decreasing rate and decolour rate.Thinking about those best treatment conditions, we choose a better combination treatment experiment: biochemistry- absorption process- aerate- flocculate continuous treatment. The experiment result show that the effect of decolour and COD reduce rate is large. It conforms to the second rate standard of discharging.
