The alcohol-alkali extraction was used in this thesis, then the response surfacemethodology was used for determining the best combination of factors in this handle ofprocess, finally the extracted protein was studied in the inhibition effect on metals.Themain research contents are as follows:1.Protein content and ash content were determined for the concentrated wastewaterfrom cane-sugar molasses alcohol.Protein content was determined by using the Bradfordmethod and the Kjeldahl method, the estimated of the protein content was6.669mg/g andthe average ash content was9.54%The isoelectric point(pI) was4.2in the determinationfor the isoelectric point.2.The alcohol-alkali extraction was studied in this thesis, which had been compared tothe method of protein in the extraction what has been reported. It can be drawn, the stepsof the alcohol-alkali extraction was simpler than the alkali-soluble and acid precipitationwith the low-temperature organic solvent. The extraction of protein was18.52mg in theuse of the alcohol-alkali extraction compared with13.64mg of the the alkali-soluble andacid precipitation method. So the alcohol-alkali extraction method was used in theextracted protein.3.The alcohol-alkali ratio, the solid-liquid ratio, the extraction time was selected for theinfluencing factors in this process. The single factor experiments was used fordetermining the optimum value of influencing factors,a higher extraction rate of proteinwas obtained when the alcohol-alkali ratio was1:2,the extraction time was40min andthe solid-liquid ratio was1:20.The order of various factors in the impaction was thesolid-liquid ratio, the alcohol-alkali ratio, the extraction time by orthogonalexperiments, and the larger amount of protein was selected in the optimal extractionprogram when the alcohol-alkali ratio was1:3,the extraction time was50min and thesolid-liquid ratio was1:30.The response surface methodology was studied for the bestcombination of influencing factors in the selected factors. It obtained that the mostapproach of the optimal region was emergence when the alcohol-alkali ratio was1:3.6,theextraction time was44min and the solid-liquid ratio was1:36.The multiple regressionequations was obtained from the response surface analysis, the protein extraction couldachieve the maximum when the alcohol-alkali ratio was1:3.61,the extraction time was43.9min and the solid-liquid ratio was1:36.08though solved the multiple regressionequations. The maximum extraction capacity was3.13mg/g and the extraction of proteinwas46.9%.4.The hydrolyzed protein as the corrosion inhibitor was studied in the releaseproperties of steel after hydrolysis, the sustained release rate was55.36%whenhydrolyzed protein volume was7mL,the sustained release rate was32.12%when thewastewater directly to hydrolysis as a corrosion, and the volume of wastewater was9mL,so the protein has a certain role on the metal release. The recycled ethanol content up to78.6%by the distillation.
