The regenerative reheating furnace is a important assistant equipment of the modern blast furnace smelting,its performance lie on two aspect,one is the combustion efficiency of the gas,another is heat exchange efficiency between the gas and the checker。The heat convection and transfer between the checker and the gas which flows through the checker holes have been studied with numerical method,then, the research of cold-state flow fields experiment has been carried out for the characteristic of rectangle burner , and the correlative technical parameters are obtained。For example, a regenerative reheating furnace fluid flow and heat transfer is researched, which has simplified the flow and heat transfer of hot air stove according to its real operating conditions。The fluid flow and heat transfer of a hot air stove are numerically simulated by using finite volume method or finite difference method,which bases on the heat transfer equation,flow equation of the gas and heat balance equation。The temperature distribution of fuel and grille-brick in different working conditions are obtained through the simulate program。The results of simulate calculation indicate that the distribution of gas temperature and grille-brick temperature are reasonable,which are accord with practical instance。It is significant for the design and optimization of the hot air stove。A cool-state experiment of rectangle burner in inner combustion hot blast stove is researched in order to improve the combustion's performance of burner, and the velocity field and the chroma field in measure zone in different working conditions were obtained。The results of experiment indicates that the flow characteristic and the mix characteristic of the rectangle burner spout are relate to three aspect,such as the structure of spout,the angle of the channels of fuel and the channels of air,and the ratio of fuel velocity and air velocity,we can see from the results that great velocity ratio and little incline angle are available satisfy the requirements of improving the performance of rectangle burner。It is significant for the design and operation of the burner,and it is also provides significant experiment data。...
