By the progress of Modern Control theory and many years actual experience, The predictive Control strategy has been focus direction on the theories research and application, with its three characteristics of predictive model, receding horizon control construction and feedback correction meeting the industrial process control's needs, especially used to Modern Industry which can't used be developed an accuracy math model. Because having the characteristics of multi-variables, non-linearity and varying, serious uncertainly and difficult to build precise mathematical model, the process control of wastewater treatment process has the backward state of automation. The wastewater treatment system is a complex time change condition process, have many control loops, has the very strong non-linearity, the close coupling, the big lag, the traditional PID control algorithm is very difficult to enable it to achieve the ideal control effect. In the domestic and foreign wastewater treatment plant control present situation, in the development trend analysis foundation, conducts the thorough research to the wastewater treatment application advanced control, not only has the scholarly research value, moreover has the certain economic efficiency and the social efficiency. This thesis is based on the advanced control algorithm in the wastewater treatment system design and the development, has conducted the research,on the predivtive control of the dynamic matrix control (DMC).At present, the domestic and foreign scholars mainly concentrate to the craft research in the mechanism analysis, based on ASM2 model control research also very few, although can achieve the dephosphorization denitrogenation the effect, but the forecast control is slow in this craft research progress, therefore has the necessity studies in the mechanism in the foundation, to carries on the modelling through the ASM2 model and carries on the control to the sewage water quality, achieves the better control effect.The main contributions and research work are as follows:1. In the reading massive literature foundation, obtains from the advanced control theory development course, to forecast the control the basic thought and the development condition have carried on the summary description. And outline introduction wastewater treatment control and wastewater treatment model development at present situation.2. In detail discussed active sludge A~2/O technics principle and the process, have analyzed ASM2 model each component as well as the response speed inferential reasoning process, and build the model of the anaerobic pool, anoxic.pool, the aerobic pool, obtains the response input output.of the mathematical model.3. In the wastewater treatment optimization control section, uses the dynamic matrix control algorithm. In the algorithm, through the choice dissolved oxygen, the sludge reflux ratio as the control input , take the total nitrogen, the total phosphorus as the controlled member, carries on the MATLAB simulation observation output effect.4. Has compiled the wastewater treatment software using VB6.0, and has realized using the DDE technology with the MATLAB link, thus has realized the sewage process data processing, the control and output visible. Through carries on the debugging and the computation to the system, finally indicated MATLAB has the unique superiority in the sewage treatment, moreover this software demonstration picture elegant appearance, the man-machine is alternately convenient.This topic research may conveniently apply in the actual industrial production, has the certain guiding sense, at the same time took the laboratory teaching software, through the teaching demonstration and the demonstration, for the general students further understood the sewage treatment technology provided has been convenient.
