Two-dimensional Computer-Aided Layout And The Implement Of NC Auto-programming

It's well known that packing of two-dimensional parts is applied extensively inindustrial production.Therefore, this paper's study begins with the problem. Based onexperiences from predecessors and production practices, in this paper, a new algorithmthat, replaced with appropriate rectangle enveloping accessories' outlines, the parts'drawings are laid in specific regions distributed dynamically according to their countsand shapes by an exact turn then fill the odd vacant region in time, is putted forwards.With the development tool of Visual C++ and Object ARX under AutoCAD, atwo-dimensional automatic layout system, which includes the pretreatment module thatmakes the parts drawing suitable for the following auto-layout and NC programmingtreatment;the auto-layout module proving the algorithm mentioned above to be feasibleand effective;the NC auto programming module for the NC fire or thread cutting tools,which search the cutting track automatically to get the correct NC code that is saved asan ASCII file.
