As an more and more important manufacturing method, the CNC manufacture speed and precision are the hotspots that people aspired to enhance. There are two ways to improve the machining speed: the first is reduce the code length, the second is chose the suitable combination of machining parameters.At present, the major CNC system only can deal the line and arc. So before the machining we should use line and arc to approach the workpiece's figure curve, and the approach algorithm is the most important thing to the workpiece. The approaching algorithm can determine the number of approach arcs and the length of code file. compare the vast used double-arc approaching algorithm. This paper bring an Highter efficiency algorithm: An arc fitting algorithm of curve based on dichotomy and equal error control.There has no all-purpose best combination of technic parameters in the CNC manufacture .The Wire-cut is an difficult process of multi-input and multi-output. We can't use exactitude mathematid function to describe the relationship of the input condition and the result. So we use the ANN algorithm to deal the such problem. The BP net is one of the most used artifical intelligence network. In this paper, we used BP alguerithm to forecast all combination of the technic parameter and the target parameter. So we can chouse the fast speed combination that under the control of machining precision.At the end, this paper designed an windows-based Wire-cut auto-programming system on the developing platform VC++6.0. This system provide an alternant platform that user can edit workpiece what he want. This system can produce CNC code of the workpiece automaticly. Through import the thickness and the control precision of the workpiece. system can get the most excellent combination of technics parameters.
