As time flying,more and more engineering are done inthe deep level.Zonal disintegration is developed under highstress in deep level,and many scholars are in terested in it asit is different from present theory of adjacent rock.Present research achievement and the main studymethod have been introduced in this paper.The siteobservation have been done in the aspect of stress state,wave velocity state,strain state,test drilling weigh andelectricresistance state.all of observation outcomes reflectsome adjacent rock exist zonal disintegration.Appearanceprocess of crack concentration zone is analyzed in physicsand creep aspect.mechanics model is founded to forecastwhen the crack concentration appear.Experiment study ofzonal disintegration has been explored.we choose gypsum assimulate material,observe surface deformation on thesample,but zonal disintegration doesn't appear.
