The moving platform's driving mechanism is the Die-cutter's key component and its performance has a direct effect on the Die-cutter. Analyzing on the brace Elbow-bar mechanism adopted in most of the Die-cutters at present, this paper gets a cam mechanism innovation design project and its performance difference with the brace Elbow-bar mechanism was researched farther. The main contents and innovations are as follows:1. Kinematics analysis on the brace Elbow-bar mechanism. Compute the mechanism's displacement,speed and acceleration with Vc++ and Matlab software, then draw the corresponding curve. At the same time, analyze the force on the components of the mechanism.2. Basing on the moving characteristic of the brace Elbow-bar mechanism, using the rocker as the cam mechanism's driven component, an innovation design project of the cam contour was gotten.3. A parameter dynamics model of the cam driven component system was established. Researching on the cam mechanism's dynamic characteristic, the paper gets that the system'sτnumerical value is bigger than 15 and that the cam mechanism's work frequency is smaller than the system's free vibration frequency, so that the work end's dynamic response has little difference with the static moving regulation and need not to be revised farther.4. Basing on MW1050 die-cutter brace Elbow-bar mechanism's parameters, the cam driven mechanism's three dimension model was established and its kinematics and kinetics simulation was processed, educing that the cam mechanism's moving regulation is accorded with the Die-cutter's technics better and the main axes can endure greater force.Visa the innovation on the driving mechanism of the die-cutter's moving platform, the paper improves the moving platform driving mechanism's kinematics and kinetics performance on practice, which is important both to enhance the homemade auto die-cutter's speed,precision and stability and to shorten the gap between the homemade die-cutter and the foreign advanced one.
