Research On Reduce The Olefine Content Of FCC Automobile Specific Gasoline

The national environment protection bureau promulgated in June 4 1999, and the newcriterion has been adopted since 2003. It is requested that the content of olefin mustfewer than 35%. Compare to the new criterion, the olefin content in vehicle gasolineproduced by Nan yang wax fine chemical plant is more than 60%. So it is highlyconcerned about how to reduce the content of in catalytic cracking gasoline. Beforethe upgrade of gasoline, many oil refineries did not have better solution except somerefinery which have hydrogenation unit. How to reduce the content of olefin bynon-hydro cracking measure such as and technology transform energy conservation isurgent problem to many of the oil refineries.It summarized situation of reducing the content of olefin all over the world. Onthe basic of the achievement in scientific research all over the world and its actualsituation, experiment have been made on optimizing operation situation, applyingolefin reducing assistant, producing alcohol gasoline, and MGD technology. It ismanifest that, by means of optimizing operation and raw material, choosing catalyst,the content of olefin can be reduced for 5 percent. The content of olefin can bereduced for 3-4 percent by applying olefin reducing assistant LAP, and 15 percent byapplying MGD technology and light gasoline refining. Applying GOR-II olefinreducing assistant can reduce the content of olefin for 3-5 percent and producingalcohol gasoline by adding 10% fuel alcohol into FCC gasoline can reduce the contentof olefin for 4 percent.It is impossible to produce new criterion gasoline by using only one of thoseschemes, and some of those schemes are not worthwhile. After comparing those entireschemes, it is clear that applies MGD technology as the key technology, byoptimizing operation situation and producing alcohol component can reduce thecontent of olefin below 35%, and produce new criterion gasoline under non-hydrocracking situation.
