Invention and development of wind power implement provide us an efficient andsafe handwork implement with compressed air as power. Using wind powerimplement can make burdensome handwork mechanization, then alleviate laborintensity, improve work efficiency and quality. Because wind power implements havelight and small, high efficient and safe features, they have been widely used inautomobile, aeronautics and spaceflight, home appliances, shipbuilding andlocomotive industries.In morden machine building, screw thread joint is widely adopted in accessoriesassembling and equipment installation. In this subject, we research on screw threadjoint torsional moment control of two gas power implements, impacting and statictorsion structures, on the base of wind power implement gas trigger fundamental, thentorsional moment control method of gas power implements is presented.The main research content in this dissertation is:1, Impacting structure working principle and output torsion moment calculationof impacting and static torsional gas trigger.2, Torsion moment control method of impacting gas trigger.3, Balance research on reverse torsion moment of static torsional gas trigger4, Output torsion moment testing and precision control of impacting and statictrosional gas triggers.
