Abstract:Cigarette making and end joining machine is the main equipment during cigarette manufacturing. At present, the concentrated wind supply way is adoped widely in cigarette-making procedure. The wind power provided by this way is important for the production speed, quality of productes and dust removal processing. Wind power control system is a nonlinear time-varying system and related with many uncertain factors. In addition, it closely related with the desity of tobacco and the state of equipment. Therefore, it is important and has practical application value for the research subject of wind power control system which can provide stable, automatical adjusted intelligent and easy controlling wind power.Based on aboved application background, this paper studys the control principle of process wind power and basic pricinples of embedded system, and then an intelligent wind power control system of cigarette-making process is developed by using embedded system platform based on embedded real-time operating system μC/OS-Ⅱ. This system builds upon high real-time multitask mechanism, and the fuzzy control algorithm is imported to adapt the characteristics of wind power control system such as nonlinear, time-varying etc. The intelligence and response speed of wind power control system are improved. Compared with the traditional PID control pattern, the fuzzy control algorithm is more suitable for wind control system characteristics. Compared with the traditional PLC control way, the embedded system is used as the core control has more full-scale functions and better performance. At the same time, the friendly operation inerface and remote measurement and control functions besed on network are supplied for users.Based on multi-level test and improvement for the system, it proves the system designing method can meet the request of the concentrated wind supply for cigarette-making process.
