Marketing Strategy Management is an administrative science combining wide practicality and high complication. The medicine industry is one of the most important compositions of national economy. It is called as the THE RINING SUN, After probing into the theories of marketing strategy management, this paper takes an actual enterprise into consideration and studies its whole processes of marketing strategy through analyses, selecting, making and carrying out the strategy according to the studies of environment of medicine industry. This paper begins from the study of TL Medicine Shareholding Co.The whole structure is as following:The introduction part expounds the theme selected for the article, method of study and thought of study. The second part of this paper presents the forming of the theory about competitive force at core and involves the main idea related to the corporation's competitive force at core. The third part makes the systemic description of the company's status in quo, developing trends and the industry setting as a basement for demonstration. The forth part and the fifth part gives an example of TL Medicine Shareholding Co. Based on the theory about competitive force at core and the analytic for that company's working actuality and circumstance, it confirm what kind of competitive force the company should cultivate. And give the suggestion to gain and keep the persistent competitive advantages. The sixth part summarize the article's study and point out the limit of study.
