Entering into 21 Century, health, comfort, environment protection and safety have become the topic of people's life. The cognitions to the costume have reached to "the wearing health" height from "the weaving beauty". So the development of functional textiles becomes the tide of textile's, which gathers health care and comfort in a body.Soybean fiber is a kind of new vegetable protein fiber. The fabric made by it have many excellent performances, such as moisture and steam permeability, heat retention, soft and smooth handle, well-drape, lower static electrical, silky luster etc. They have favorable health protection because they are compatible with skin, which contain a lot of a\minophenol.The purpose of the thesis is to put the soybean yarn with far-infrared microelement yarn and anti-bacterial & odor-resistant yarn into a piece of cloth by weaving technology. Getting strong points to offsetting weaknesses can be reached by using soybean yarn for their excellent wearing characteristics.Firstly, the far-infrared microelement temperature rising function is tested with 22 different composite textiles. The datum show:1. When the value of soybean yarn is fixed, the maximum of temperature rising gradually decrease with the increase of the value of far-infrared microelement yarn, while gradually increase with the decrease of the value of anti-bacterial & odor-resistant yarn;2. Generally speaking, the temperature rising function don't drop distinctly because of the existence of the soybean yarns;3. In the range of tasting, when the ratio of arrangement of soybean yarn, far-infrared microelement yarn and anti-bacterial & odor-resistant yarn is 3:1:4, the best temperature rising function can be reached.Secondly, we compare 10 different tactic composite fabrics with 3 kinds of pure functional fabrics in bacteria repellency, the datum show:1. The bacteria repellency of functional composite fabrics which contain anti-bacterial & odor-resistant yarns are better than pure far-infrared microelement yarn and anti-bacterial & odor-resistant yarn. Those mean that the bacteria repellency of soybean yarn is improved by the existence of anti-bacterial &odor-resistant yarn. 2. Because of low anti-bacterial function, we can't tell thedifference in all tested textiles.Thirdly, we made a wearing characteristic testing with 25 kinds of different tactic composite fabrics. The following conclusions can be drawn:1. The pure soybean fabric is soft and smooth, easy to bend and recover, easy to shear and recover, and have low frictional coefficient.2. The pure far-infrared microelement fabric has ability to resist the shear deformation. But once it forms deformation, it's no easy to recover, because of high frictional coefficient for ceramic particulate.3. The pure anti-bacterial & odor-resistant fabric has tightness for high bending rigidity, so it is not easy to bend.4. Through combining 3 kinds of yarns, the getting strong points to offsetting weakness ends can be reached. From the Borda datum's sequence, the best wearing characteristic can be reached when the ratio of arrangement of soybean yarn, far-infrared microelement yarn and anti-bacterial & odor-resistant yarn is 3:4:1.Lastly, we can get the best textile by considering three kindsof functions------the temperature rising function, anti-bacterialfunction and wearing characteristic.
