With the continuous improvement of living standards, people's wearing demands of knitted fabrics are higher and higher. They hope the knitted fabrics can be safe and functional besides good wearing properties. In order to meet the market demand, improve the level and added value of the products, the special finishing technology of knitted fabric has been developing along with it. Currently, the special finishing treatment of knitted fabric has included anti-pilling finishing, shrink-proof finishing, anti-bacterial, water and oil repellent, flame-resisting finishing, antistatic, hygiene and so on.Most knitted fabrics used in spring and summer touch our skin directly. When secreting sweat, a wet environment good for rapid propagation of bacteria is provided. So all kinds of textiles people daily used are appropriate places to the reproduction and spread of bacterial. If textiles have kill resist bug function, not only can prevent the bacteria in the fabric breeding, thus preventing disease to occur, and can reduce the spread of disease. It is reported that the incidence of skin cancer has been higher than all kinds of other diseases now and become the biggest killer of humans. So, it is necessary to use the wearing textile which has large protection area and good protective effect to protect human body from excessive harmful ultraviolet light. Recently, the development and application of knitted fabric has become a hot topic of knitting industry. And it can meet the needs of people better that a piece of knitted fabric has two or more functional characteristics through the composite functional finishingFor meeting both demands at same time, this article used the "two-bath" method to finish 100% combing cotton knitted fabric (provide by Shanghai Three Gun Group Co., Ltd) with composite function of Anti-bacterial, Anti-mite and UV Resistance. When finishing the knitted fabric, changing the agent consistence or different dipping time or temperature would definitely impact on some taking performance of fabrics more or less. So we compared the taking performance of knitted fabrics before and after composite functional finishing, and analysis the influence degree of taking performance by composite finishing. Because the functional testing of anti-bacterial is given by the special testing center, this article analyzed the UV Resistance finishing single-factor only. When using UV Resistance agent CZS to finish the knitted fabrics, this article respectively alters one factor among the dipping time, finishing agent concentration and dipping temperature, and tests each performance of the knitted fabric in different finishing conditions. Based on the performances analysis after finishing the knitted fabric and experimental data, we can get the limits of better technological parameter of knitting fabric ultraviolet multi-function finishing.We draft the orthogonal analysis process on the basis of the single-factor test result. The best finishing technological parameters:the concentration of finishing agent is 40g/L, the treatment temperature and time are room temperature and 25min respectively. By using these parameters to finish the knitted fabric, it has not only been given to the excellent Anti-bacterial, Anti-mite and UV Resistance functions, but also the wearing performances loss was very small. For example, the air permeability and drapability of the knitted fabric are less influenced; the moisture-penetrability has been improved better. The fuzz and pilling resistance has a litter worse.Besides, this article also tested the water-washing serviceability. According to the criterion, we wash the fabric 50 times and then test the anti-bacterial & Anti-mite functions and test the UV Resistance function after 30 times washing. The experimental results prove that after 50 times washing, the fabric also has good anti-bacterial & Anti-mite functions. Along with the washing times increasing, the value of UPF has a litter decrease and T(UVA) raises little by little. But the value of UPF is 15+ and T(UVA)<0.08% after 30 times wearing. It means that the knitted fabric also has good UV Resistance function...
