At the processing of mankind development, the function of garment has been changing continually from coving body and preserving heat originally, seeking beauty and comfort in modern times to developing at the direct of functionality nowadays. With the development of the science and the improvement of the people's life, people have the better demand of life quality, but health is its basic, people pay more intention to it. As the intimate friend of human, garment have the great effect on health, so the various health care textile have been appearing in the market, such as health care underwear, shoe-pad of anti-bacteria, garment of anti-ultraviolet radiation etc. though these products have the single function with good health care or protecting body, moreover people have to face the complicated and changing environment, so they don't adapt to the demand of the multifunction, and we should research production with multifunction. The purpose of the thesis is to put the two function together, making human under the clean and hygeian environment, and decreasing the possibility of the infected; at the same time this can improve the body's enginery itself, increase the ability of anti-disease. In the study the way of compounding is not by the finishing process, but the weaving process which changes the structure of fabric the arrangement of the different function yarns and the content of the different function yarns. Then the function of anti-bacteria and the emissivity of the far-infrared fabric are tested. Finally in order to get the suitable function of the fabric ,the suitable range of the technologic parameter is established. The studying conclusion as follow:1 After the anti-bacteria yarn and the far-infrared yarn are compounded, fabric cover has great influence on the ascending of temperature, and theascending of temperature add with increase of fabric cover, at 81.66% the ascending of temperature reach max, then descend.2 At the beginning stage the ratio of far-infrared yarns in the fabric has the distinct influence on the emissivity of fabric, then influence becomes low. When Ratio exceed 70%, the emissivity of the compounded fabric is above 99% of emissivity of the pure far-infrared microelement fabric; When Ratio exceed 50%, the emissivity of the compounded fabric reach command of guild criterion. Fabric density has the great influence on emissivity of fabric. The near linear relationship is found between the fabric cover and the emissivity of fabric at the beginning stage; after fabric density arrive at 240 radix/l0cm, the influence gradually becomes unconspicuous.3 By the test of anti-epiphyte, it shows that the compounded fabric is able to restrain the growth and the reproduction of epiphyte.4 By variance analysis it is know: weaving technology has been used to compound two different kinds of yarns, there are some positive cooperation between these two different kinds of functional yarns, and each function is equal or more effective than these before compound. In the compounded fabric, the anti-bacteria yarn and the far-infrared yarn have apparently mutual effect on heat preservation far-infrared emissivity and the ability anti-bacteria; the ratio of far-infrared yarns and fabric density have apparently mutual effect on the far-infrared emissivity; the ratio of far-infrared yarns and the structure of fabric have apparently mutual effect on heat preservation.5 To make the antibacterial performance, the heat preservation and the emissivity of fabric better, the thesis has give a better rage of parameter: the ratio of far-infrared yarns: 50%--75%; fabric cover :80%-90%; the coefficient of fabric: 1.00-1.20.
