With the high-speed development of the technology of the computer and microelectric technique, embedded system technology is becoming riper. Industrial control system with embedded system is being widely used because of its real time, stability, reliability and other obvious advantages. The air-jet loom is a kind of fastest looms in modern shuttleless loom, it demands to be comparatively harsh to the control system of the loom. Consider that spins the present concrete conditions of machine material domestically, develop an embedded computer control system which is used in the medium-to-high grade air-jet loom, have very important meanings to the engineering level which raises the control system of medium-to-high grade air-jet loom of our country, have important reference value to the reseach of the control system of other shuttleless looms too.This text has deepened and analysed the already existing control system of air-jet loom of the Model ZA205 systematically, have proposed one is a main processor with ARM7 MCU, the FPGA is a design plan ofmain control board hardware of air-jet loom. And it reduces the systematic cost effectively. Comparing with the original design plan, it is simple, strong expansible and reaching the leading level of the control system of the domestic air-jet loom. I have designed the demo board of the air-jet loom main control system on this basis.The main work includes: Summarizing the input and output signal form of the main control panel of air-jet loom of the Model ZA205 and parameter summary statement;finished mainly controlling one grade of hardwares of demo board;regards the procedure frame of the state machine and uC/OSII real-time kernel, have finished mainly controlling the design which assesses the part of the board software.This paper is divded into 7 chapter:Chapter 1: Introduction,explain the develop direction of the question for discussion and the main work.Chapter 2: First, introduces the fabric of air loom briefly. And then, takes a particular expatiate on the computer control system of ZA205 air loom.Chapter 3: Proposes the idea of air loom contol system that developed with ARM MCU and FPGAChapter 4: Expound the demo of main control board of air loomer.Chapter 5: Particular design of FPGAChapter 6: The air loom control software based on uC/OS2Chapter 7: Debug of the hardware demo board.ZuoYuxiang (Power Electronic) Supervised by Qian Jianmtng...
