The textile industry is a pillar industry that meets the needs of the people and earns foreign exchange through exports,and plays a pivotal role in the national economy.At present,the loom brake control system can not achieve the accuracy of the spindle parking.When starting up again,it is easy to cause the occurrence of defects such as driving marks,which directly affects economic benefits.And direct high and low voltage conversion can not achieve smooth braking.In response to the above deficiencies,this thesis deeply studies the rapier looms brake and clutch control system,and can output a smooth voltage.The system achieves smooth braking,ensuring brake accuracy while reducing system cost by using advanced control algorithms.This thesis is mainly from the following aspects:First of all,study the system overall plan.Analyze and simulate the electromagnetic clutch to obtain the relationship between output torque and excitation current,which provides a theoretical basis for current regulation.Analyze the magnetic circuit and dynamic characteristics of the electromagnetic clutch and establish a finite element simulation model.Analyze the functional requirements of system,and propose hardware and software system design programs.And research the control methods of the electromagnetic clutch.Besides,fuzzy PID control is applied to the excitation current,dedicated to the study of smoothness and precision of the loom brake.Secondly,build a hardware platform.The system adopts pulse modulation,and the switch tube needs to have an ultra-high response speed.Based on this,the hardware design scheme of the IGBT drive is adopted.The control system is modularized with STM32F103 as the core,including minimum system,input circuit module,output drive circuit module,switching power supply circuit module,current collecting circuit module and communication interface circuit module.And complete the design and production of the board.Thirdly,design the control system software based on the completion of the hardware circuit,It has the excitation current control system software design which is mainly based on fuzzy PID control algorithm: use the fuzzy PID control for excitation current regulation.Using matlab simulation analysis shows the advantages of its control.Adjust the voltage through the duty cycle system software,and then implement current control.At the same time,study the main program,fault analysis program and current acquisition program.Study the communication program based on Modbus.Finally,test the hardware platform,and verify the reliability and functionality of each function module.Perform the brake experiment on the rapier loom,and collect the angle slip and the rotating speed when the loom is positioned to brake.Experiments show that on the hardware platform and fuzzy PID control algorithm,the system can respond quickly and achieve smooth braking,ensure brake accuracy,and meet system performance requirements.It lays a foundation for future research on brake and clutch control of rapier loom.
