With the continuous pursuit of quality of life,the demand for medical cotton textile gauze is becoming more and more critical,which means that it is necessary for the manufacturer to improve the performance of the loom to meet the demand of the market.The textile speed of the jet loom,the quality of the finished product,the thickness of the gauze and the complexity of the varieties all depend on the ability to have a highly intelligent and simple control system.Therefore,how to apply the more high-performance single-chip technology to the textile industry is undoubtedly an excellent choice to improve the existing looms.The idea of this design center is to use high-performance single-chip microcomputer technology to design and perfect a weft insertion control system to achieve AI level.The32 high standard processor STM32F205ZET6 of ST's Cortex-M3 kernel,which is the key component of the system's core components,has a high rate of matching the data,and is more concise and convenient for the control of the weft insertion of the jet loom.Nowadays,the main circuit boards of the main control system of jet looms are mostly integrated into the main board,which is not convenient to repair,and the replacement cost is relatively high at one time,and it is not easy to carry out effective expansion.When designing the relevant external system,the system uses the related ideas of modular design,which has excellent expansibility.The process circle algorithm is applied to the internal components,and the state machine is used to achieve the purpose of control.The system mainly introduces the design and improvement of the control system from two directions,hardware and software.There are several main aspects of the hardware improvement: the use of more efficient MCU core components to improve the control ability,improve the reliability of the system;improve the degree of modularization of the system,the separate design and improvement of each part,add maintenance circuit,select reliable components,improve the overall performance of the system.There are two main aspects of software optimization: improving the calculation method related to the encoder,using the photoelectric shaft encoder interface function,the code is more convenient,the system is more reliable.The communication algorithm is improved,and the reliability of the system is improved.The final show is the full test and adjustment link of the jet loom,and the perfect design of the weft insertion control system of the jet loom can be realized completely.At present,a series of experiments have been carried out in a weaving factory in Nantong,Jiangsu,and the weft insertion system is safe and reliable,and the prospect of application in this industry is also very wide.
