Now, 3D clothing CAD technology is being developed. Generally, it includes three contents: the transform of 2D pattern to 3D clothing;the dynamic show of model;the dynamic show of 3D clothing. Using the system of 2D pattern to 3D show can avoid making the clothing sample to evaluate the 3D effect. But evaluating and grasping the degree of effect are one of keys which judge whether the system is good or not, perfect or not.Based on the project "fashion design and digital research", this paper analyzed the different gaps between body and dress, studied the static and dynamic comprehensive effects of dress, made the system of 2D pattern to 3D show to be better and more perfect and designed a fitness evaluation system.First, designed and carried out the experiment plans, the author designed and made an instrument of measuring the horizontal cross section of body and dress. Through measuring the horizontal crosssection of body and dress, applying the MATLAB software and using the SPLINE curve to fit the horizontal cross section curve of body and dress, obtained the gaps between body and dress.Designed wearing experiment to evaluate the fitness, beauty and comfort and established the subjective evaluation system.Then analyzed the data from the two experiments above, established the regression models between subjective feeling values and eases allowances, between eases allowances and gaps, between gaps and subjective feeling values. Using the eases allowances and gaps expresses the subjective evaluation models.In order to solve the contradiction between the complication of the evaluation system and the. desire of accurate result, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is applied to evaluate the dynamic and static effect of clothing.Last, designed and compiled the evaluation module of 2D pattern to 3D show.The results of the thesis are the extension of 3D clothing CAD, meeting with the market. The evaluation system makes the experts' knowledge to share, so more and more people can use the 3D virtual clothing system better. It also improves the efficient of designer and the enterprises' economic benefits.
