With the development of industrial economy and the deepening of diversified culture,people's aesthetic continues to improve,and the aesthetics and fit of clothing have become the focus of attention for people to buy clothing.In order to improve the shape of the clothing,improve the fit of the clothing,and produce clothing that meets people's needs,it is necessary to measure the human body on a large scale,find representative body types at different ages,and study the body shape.Non-contact measurement technology has the advantages of fast measurement speed,high efficiency,and the ability to obtain human body graphics and data without touching the human body.However,due to unstable measurement accuracy and other issues,it could not be put into use.Therefore,studying the accuracy of data and graphics generated by non-contact measurement technology is of vital importance to the development of the apparel industry.This subject uses manual measurement technology and non-contact measurement technology to measure the human hip data.Using manual measurement data as the standard,by comparing a variety of fitting methods,selecting the most optimal hip curve fitting method,establishing a standard hip section curve model and a non-contact hip section curve model,verifying the non-contact measurement obtained Whether the graphic data conforms to the standard.The main research contents and conclusions of this topic are as follows:(1)Human body measurement experiment for clothing:200 adult females aged 18 to 28,29 to 40,and 41 to 60 in Jiangsu were selected as the research samples,using manual measurement technology and non-contact measurement technology to measure the relevant size of the human body.Descriptive statistics and normal distribution analysis of experimental data by SPSS analysis software,the analysis results show that the height,chest circumference,waist circumference and hip circumference of the three types of samples conform to the normal distribution.(2)Human body type classification research:select height,chest circumference,waist circumference,hip circumference as the body shape characteristic data,and derive a total of 9 individual body indexes such as chest and waist difference,chest waist ratio,chest shape,waist shape,and hip shape for correlation analysis,according to In the analysis results,chest shape and hip shape were selected as body classification indexes and 4 persons' body shape characteristic data for K-means cluster analysis.In the end,155/64A was selected as the representative body type of Class I samples,160/76A was the representative body type of Class ? samples,and 160/80B was the representative body type of Class ? samples.(3)Determining the fitting method of the hip circumference section:use the manual measurement technique to collect the characteristic size of the hip circumference,and use the matlab software to find the point coordinates on the hip circumference curve.Use AutoCAD software to find the coordinates of the fitting points of the hip circumference curve.Choose double elliptic curve fitting,BP neural network prediction,basic function curve fitting,polynomial function curve fitting to fit and compare the fitting point coordinates.Finally,a power function is selected as the fitting function of the front hip curve,and an exponential function is selected as the fitting function of the rear hip curve.(4)Establish a standard hip circumference cross-section model and a non-contact hip circumference cross-section model:fit the hip circumference curve obtained by manual measurement of three types of samples through a power function and an exponential function to establish a standard hip circumference cross-section model.The independent sample T test was used to verify the manual measurement of actual values and fitted values.The analysis results show that there is no significant difference between the manually measured fitting values and the actual measured values,indicating that the obtained fitting values using the power function to fit the front hip curve and the exponential function after fitting the hip curve are available.Use image ware software to extract the hip section curve generated by non-contact measurement,and use AutoCAD software to extract the fitting point coordinates of the hip section curve.Through the power function and exponential function,the hip section curve generated by the non-contact measurement of the three types of samples is fitted to establish the non-contact hip section model.The independent sample T test was used to analyze the fitting values measured by hand and the fitting values of non-contact measurement.The results showed that the fitting values obtained by the two measurement methods were not significantly different,indicating that the values of hip circumference generated by non-contact measurement are available.(5)Verification of non-contact hip circumference section graphics:find the coefficient vector of standard hip circumference section curve fitting equation and non-contact hip section curve fitting equation,and use matlab software to calculate the cosine similarity of the two curves.The results show that the cosine similarity of the three types of samples are all greater than 0.9,indicating that the standard hip-section curve has a very high similarity to the non-contact hip-section curve.The matlab software was used to calculate the gap area between the standard hip section curve and the non-contact hip section curve.Use the AutoCAD software zoom command to find the standard hip circumference curve that grows and shrinks by 0.9cm respectively,find the fitting equation and calculate the critical value ST of the gap area.The results show that the gap area between the standard hip circumference cross-section figure and the non-contact hip circumference cross-section figure is less than the critical value ST.Therefore,the figure generated by the non-contact measurement is available.Randomly select 4 samples from 3 types of samples to verify the feasibility of the verification method.The verification results show that the graph availability rate is greater than 90%,and the verification method is effective.
