| People have been thinking much of the conception of "entironment protection" these days. It is very important to entironment protection to decompose natural fibre. So, people have spent more and more time on studying natural fibre. It is a new method of natural fibre development to study on chemical degumming of eulaliopsis binata. As a new kind of natural fibre, eulaliopsis binata's significance not only appeared in textile industry, but also in economy. The development and using of eulaliopsis binata can take benefit to our country.In this paper, we studied on chemical degumming of eulaliopsis binata. At the first, we tested the chemical component of eulaliopsis binata. We confirmed the percent of the chemical component. Through the cellulose content, we confirmed the value of the development. The component test is also used for reference to thenext work. Through the test, the cellulose content of eulaliopsis binata is 45.34%, a little lower than jute's. The colloid content is 19.15%, and hemi-cellulose content is 23.12%, a little higher than jute's, so we studied the chemical degumming of jute as reference. We studied the chemical degumming process by means of boiling one time, boiling two times, boiling two times and bleaching one time or boiling and bleaching together. Synchronously, we studied the infection of chemical degumming by several chemical. At the last, we get the result that the best process of chemical degumming is boiling and bleaching together. The process is: sample preparative-acid soak-washing-boiling-washing-boiling (boiling 2 hours then appending H2O2 and boiling 1 hour again) -acid soak-loosing-dewatering-oiling -dewatering-drying. The best process is acid soak (H2SO4 2.5%, 60℃, 2.5h, liquor ratio 1: 15), boiling the 1st time (10%NaOH, 1.5h, liquor ratio 1: 15), boiling the 2nd time (14% NaOH, 2h, appending H2O2,1h, liquor ratio 1: 15 ). This method can reduce the process, and gain the effect as well as boiling two times and bleaching one time can gain. In this paper, we also tested the performance and configuration of chemical degummed eulaliopsis binata by boiling and bleaching together. As the result, eulaliopsis binata fibre's length, fineness and strength is good as well as jute's. We analyzed the section shape andportrait shape between before degumming and after degumming, and compared with jute's. We can get the conclusion through infrared spectrogram that the pedestal of eulaliopsis binata is similitude to cellulose fibre's. Through X- radial spectrogram, we know that the eulaliopsis binata fibre's crystallinity degree is 71.02% and orientation degree is 94.8%. As the final experiment result, we gain the result that eulaliopsis binata fibre's percentage of colloid left in the product is 5.21%, left lignin is 8.32%, strength is 20.02cN/tex and fineness is 2.01tex. The result showed that the eulaliopsis binata's was similitude to jute's. |
