Nowadays, people have been thinking much of the conceptions about "environment protection" and "green resource". So, people have spent more and more time on studying natural fiber. As a kind of no pollution and degradable natural green plant, the exploiter of Eulaliopsis Binata fibers will accord with the world's current and adapt well to people's requisition for enjoying life, which is of real significance. The using of Eulaliopsis Binata can also take benefit to our country. This paper mainly analyzed the properties of two kinds of Eulaliopsis Binata fibers which were reaped in deferent months. On the basis of testing chemical component of Eulaliopsis Binata, the percentages of the chemical components were confirmed. The degumming mechanism was given as well. Then, the mechanical properties of the two different Eulaliopsis Binata fibers were tested which showed that the regain percentage is around 7.6% while the breaking strength is about 70N. The chromaticity and antibacterial property were studied and showed well performance. At last, the modality and structure were tested and analyzed. It was found that the cross section is fitful round and there is microgroove and no torsion on the surface. The infrared spectrogram and roman spectrogram of the two different Eulaliopsis Binata fibers is similar while the characteristic peak value which express the lignin was reduce on the spectrogram of fibers. Through x-radial spectrogram, we know that the crystal of cellulose in Eulaliopsis Binata fibers belongs to cellulose I.
