Lime –gypsum desulfurization is applied diffusely in the large size of power plants,but italso appears a lot of questions.The Ammonia Process has a large desulfurization rate withsome denitrification efficiency. Most of our petrochemical enterprises face a question of theflue gas purify in the small and middle of size boilers.There are plentiful ammonia fordesulfurization,and returning valuable outgrowth.The Ammonia Process has a goodperspectiveThis thesis refered the result about NOX absorption from test & theory research. itanalyzed the situation with the theory that NOX was taken off from the flue gas bywater,alkaline solution and some recuperative sulfate solution in the Ammonia ProcessSystem.A set of Continous Emission Monitoring System and Controlling System was designedfor monitoring the situation of NOX absorption in this thesis. It operated on the AmmoniaProcess System of a small capacity boiler in North China Petrochemical Corporation tomonitor.This thesis analyzed and researched the denitrification situation with the date of themonitoring system recording.It is proved that the Ammonia Process System has a cleardenitrification rate;When the PH in the circular solution is in 5.5~6.5 scope,it is the bettercondition for denitrification.When the proportion of solution and flue gas rises,thedenitrification rate increases.It mainly contributed to the development of the desufurization system for PetrochinaCorporation.It has an applied value in practise.
