If the desalinated seawater could be used to produce salt, not only could avoid the environment harm brought by letting directly, but also could bring economy and social benefit. The desalinated seawater's ecological environment changed;therefore it was necessary to make salor salt technics in the desalinated seawater condition. In this paper, according to salt field ecosystem of positive cycle, Studied on physico-chemical zoology characteristic of desalinated seawater, Studied the rule of each kind of substance s changes in the same salinity of desalinated seawater and the natural sea water in solar salt process, and researched the growth of each kind of salt field biology in the desalinated seawater condition, as well as discussed the effect on salt field biology to salt-technics in desalinated seawater.In the process of the same salinity of the desalinated seawater and the natural sea water parallel evaporates brine experiment: carried on the research and analysis to change tendency of each kind of material, obtained total nitrogen and phosphorus in the desalinated seawater approximately higher than 1 -3 times, The algae and halibacteria could grow in it.Researched the effect on the factors of desalinated seawater to the halibacteria, the algae and the artemia, the results showed: the halibacteria could grow bitterly in the desalinated seawater, the algae also maight survive in it, the hatching of artemia cysts reduced in the condition.When the ratio of the desalinated seawater and natural sea water was 1.5:1, the halibacteria and artemia grew well, also considered the economic factor, further restored the desalinated seawater ecological environment.The experiment of the halibacteria and artemia combined action influenced theevaporating brine of the desalinated seawater, testified the multiplication of artemia be able to improve the ecological environment of desalinated seawater, showed the crystallization salt particle of the desalinated seawater quite small and uniformity. So the biological regulation method got the good effect.Both desalinated seawater and the natural sea water solar salt in the Tanggu saltern showed that: In the desalinated seawater, Salty crystal was close, the shape was regular, crystal color was pure white. The artemia could grow in the desalinated seawater pond, but the color assumed the grayish-green, appeared the trailing phenomenon .In the natural sea water pond, artemia assumed red. What explained the artemia can survive in the desalinated seawater environment, but grew badly.
