Cities are the centers of mankind gathering and the result that economy, politics, science and technology of human society developed into certain stage, a certain result of human technique progress, economic, development and society civilization. They also are the assembled places of material progress and spiritual civilization. Along with the quick development of urbanism, cities has become the position of polity, economy, civilization and society, simultaneity, which suffer the problem of environment deterioration, exhausted resource, dense population, crowded translations. Sustainable development of urban ecosystem is puzzled. Urban ecosystem is complex system of "economy-society-nature". Therefore, sustainable development of urban ecosystem achieves possibly, only if we study the city as a whole ecosystem, and find out the key and defects to improve the efficiency of the ecosystem by the way of inspecting and forecasting of urban ecosystem with system scientific methods. In this paper principle of natural immune system is applied;model of urban ecosystem early-warning based on artificial immune is advanced;the problem about early-warning of urban ecosystem is studied. The main contents include:Firstly, the indexes of urban ecosystem early-warning based on artificial immune are built. And the structure and function of early-warning system is explained.Secondly, model of urban ecosystem early-warning based on artificial immune is advanced by application of principle of artificial immune system. At last, the urban ecosystem early-warning model is used for Nanjing urban's early-warning research on the base of analyzing the current state of Nanjing ecosystem, and the results are analyzed.
