Comprehensive Evaluation And Comparative Study Of Sustainable Development Of Urban Ecosystem

The deterioration of ecological environment has become a major problem that our country and even the whole world have been facing,with the acceleration of urbanization and the rapid expansion of population.The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China Report has put forward a requirement of more sustainable development and made a top-level design for the construction of ecological civilization.It is an inevitable choice to promote the construction of ecological civilization for the sustainable development of human society.The core of sustainable development is the realization of socioeconomic development on the premise of environmental protection and sustainable utilization of resources.The urban ecosystem,as the carrier of social and economic development,bears the most important function of coordinated development of urban economy,society,resources and environment,and is an important part of the implementation of sustainable development strategy.To realize the sustainable development of the urban ecosystem,is not only the inherent requirement for practicing the development concept of our country,but also the inevitable requirement for realizing the sustainable and coordinated development of economy and society,and more importantly is a meeting for the growing needs of a beautiful ecological environment of by the residents.Through comparison,the paper finds out the advantages and disadvantages of each city to provide data support for the sustainable development and construction of urban ecosystem in each city.Based on the theories of urban ecology and sustainable development,the paper analyses the current situation of urban ecosystem development and establishes a comprehensive evaluation model to research the sustainable development of urban ecosystem in 15 sub-provincial cities in China from 2013 to2017.And then the main conclusions are drawn and suggestions are put forward.This paper is divided into five parts:Chapter ?: Introduction.It mainly expounds the research background and significance,sums up the research status at home and abroad from the perspective of research and research methods,sorts out its research emphasis,and introduces the research contents,methods and innovation points of this paper.Chapter ?: Analysis of the current situation of urban ecosystem development.Since the reform and opening up 40 years ago,the accelerated development of urbanization has caused serious damage to the urban ecosystem.Most cities have problems such as shortage of water resources,substandard air quality,environmentalnoise pollution and garbage pollution.Chapter ?: Evaluation of Sustainable Development of Urban Ecosystem Based on Sub-provincial Cities.It mainly establishes a comprehensive evaluation index system,calculates the sustainable development level index,coordinated development degree and sustainable development degree by combining weights and determines the sustainable development types of urban ecosystems in 15 sub-provincial cities.Finally the 15 sub-provincial cities are divided into 4 categories according to the degree of sustainable development of urban ecosystem.Chapter ?: Major Achievements and Existing Problems.According to the research results,the paper summarized two main achievements and pointed out five existing problems.Chapter ?: Foreign Experience Reference and Main Policy Suggestions.This paper sums up the six experiences and enlightenment of Zurich,Amsterdam,Singapore,Tokyo and Seoul in the sustainable development of China's urban ecosystem and puts forward four policy suggestions.
