With the improvement of standard of living, people attach much importance to healthcare of foot; roles that shoes act in daily life are more and more important as well. The new developing biological theory of mechanics and the application of advanced measure equipment in shoes manufacturing industry, bring changes one after another on pressure comfortableness of the shoes, and guarantee their function as protection to human's feet. If we really want to set up the protective action of the shoes on the foot, the primary task for us to do is to solve the problem of matching foot form the structure of the shoes.This paper regards foot form and match problem of the shoes structure as starting point, and uses interactive 3D laser scanner to measure the college students feet and then draw characteristic indexes describing human foot, taking the sole pressure measuring system to obtain the sole pressure distribution curve as well as the result of subjective pressure of feeling. Finally analyzes the inter-reaction of the pressure distribution, which offers scientific basis for perfect comfort shoes design.This paper is consists of four parts:1) Theoretical research on sole locomotion biomechanics. Finding out the physiological structure of human feet and the locomotion biomechanics through analyzing the impacting factors of sole pressure. Drawing out that the main reason caused the feet diseases is that too big of some pressure of sole caused by the mismatching of feet and the structure of shoes.2) Research on characteristic indexes of human feet. Using the interactive 3D laser scanner to collect the measurements of feet, drawing out characteristic indexes describing human feet form.3) Research on measuring system of foot pressure distribution. Set up an economic foot pressure distribution measuring system; carry on measurement of sole pressure distribution to persons with different foot type.4) Research on evaluation of subjective pressure comfortableness. Analyzing the result of subjective evaluation of sole pressure comfortableness though the unity of the result of measurement of objective feet pressure distribution and subjective evaluation on sole pressure comfortableness, analyzing the inter-reaction of the structure of the shoes–and the sole pressure, offering scientific bases for the pressure comfortableness of the shoes'design.
