The foot of human body is a complicated curved body.The foot shape of different individuals under similar physiological structure is very different.In order to solve the problem of shoe size selection in online shopping,improve the accuracy of shoe size selection and reduce the rate of return and replacement in online shopping,it is the key to analyze the rule of human foot shape.In this thesis,by analyzing the characteristic parts of the feet that affect the fit of the shoes,the measurement data of these characteristic parts were obtained with the help of 3D foot scanner,and the measurement data of the characteristic parts of the feet of women were analyzed by using SPSS/Python to analyze the rule of the feet.Finally,H-K cluster analysis was used to classify different female foot types.In order to realize the classification of female foot type,the research content of this thesis mainly includes three parts.The first is to determine the characteristic parameters of female foot type and obtain measurement data;Secondly,SPSS/Python software was used to process foot measurement data and preliminarily study the rule of female foot shape.The third is to determine the characteristic indexes of the classification of female foot types and classify them according to the H-K PCA based clustering algorithm.Main research contents of the paper as follows:(1)Select the German R&D based on principle of optical triangulation,a three-dimension foot laser scanner(Human Solutions Footin3D),accurate acquisition young women in a standing position when the second half of the load state of foot image characteristic parameters and the measurement data,and with the aid of 3Dsoftware Geomagic Qualify12 to be full foot type characteristic parameters for extracting paper data values.(2)SPSS statistical analysis software was used to conduct basic mathematical statistical analysis on the measurement data of young women's foot shape,so as to understand the overall distribution characteristics and change rules of young women's foot shape.(3)The principal component analysis was carried out on the young female foot type measuring data,get used to describe a young female foot type characteristics of the five principal components: principal component 1 on the circumference length of metatarsal toe,girth of feet,width of feet,girth of tarsal bones,girth of heel,full-width band of heart,and circumference length of the first metatarsal toe,high ankle circumference length of the first metatarsal toe joint have larger load,these indicators mainly describe feet measure,so it is defined as a human foot confining factor;Principal component 2 has a large load number on the length of the forefoot,the length of the instep,the length of the toes,the length of the fifth metatarsophorus to the heel.These indexes mainly reflect the characteristics of the length of the foot,so it is defined as the foot length factor.The principal element 3 pairs of the height of the pretarsal bone at the high supraspinal bending point of the foot arch.have large load number.These indexes mainly describe the characteristics of foot thickness direction,so it is defined as foot thickness factor.Principal element 4 has a large load number for he long lateral malleolus at the center of the heel and the high lumbar fossa at the long convex point of the heel.These indexes mainly describe the shape characteristics of the heel,so it is defined as the heel shape factor.Principal component 5 for the first plantar toe Angle and horizontal plane,the fifth toe side Angle have larger load,these indicators mainly describe feet toe characteristics,so it is defined as the toe shape factor.(4)According to the load of the characteristic parameters of female foot type in the five principal component and the influence on the foot type,some characteristicparameters which can best reflect the characteristics of female foot type are selected from the five principal component description characteristic indexes.Through research and analysis,the index of foot width,foot thickness and heel shape of young women were finally determined.(5)According to the wearing comfort of young woman's shallow shoes,the local characteristics of the heel were studied.Through k-means clustering analysis,young women are divided into three types.The cluster center of the first category is0.534,followed by the value range of morphological index(0.040-0.094),which is defined as flat type,accounting for 36.77%.The cluster center of the second category is 0.615,and the value range of the following morphological index is(0.095-0.130),which is defined as normal type,accounting for 46.45%.The cluster center of the third category is 0.713,and the value range of the following morphological index is(0.131-0.182),which is defined as full type,accounting for 16.77%.(6)With the help of H-K clustering algorithm,female foot types are divided into three categories(A,B and C)according to foot width index.On this basis,H-K clustering analysis is carried out on foot types of each category according to foot thickness index,and finally female foot types are divided into eight categories.They are A1(narrow flat),A2(narrow medium thick),B1(intermediate flat),B2(intermediate),B3(intermediate thick),C1(wide flat),C2(wide medium thick)and C3(wide thick).
