Papermaking wastewater possess great proportion in the industrial wastewater. It is difficult to be treat because of its complicated component,high concentration and difficult capability of degradation.lt has important meaning and wider prospects to the development of environment protection and papermaking industry and the correlate industry to study the method of papermaking wastewater treatment and put forword and effective project.The main content of this article is about the industry processing for wastewater which discharges from a paper mill in Sichuan province. By the careful investigation of correlated data, the particular analysis about the originates of the waste water for papermaking, the volume of the waste water , the quality and characteristic of it, as well as the synthetic contrast of correlation processing technology between the domestic papermaking waste water's processing project and overseas' we use two sections to carry on it. The first section: We use the "coagulation-air flotation +high temperature anaerobic fluided blanket" to process the blended fluid of the rotary boiler's starch washing water and the blended fluid .The second section: We use "coagulation-air flotation + SBR" to process the waste water in the center-section of papermaking and the rotary boiler's starch washing water and the blended fluid.There are many benefits about the high temperature fluid bed which tires of the oxygen: the perfect processing effect, the stable movements, taking few places, few sludge which remains in the processing and so on. There are many benefits in the SBR craft, too.Such as : the small investments, the low cost in operating, the nimble movement way, the high efficiency for processing, the good effect in denitrogenation and the elimination of phosphorus. After 2 months' project adjustments, we can know from the approval monitor data that the average elimination rate about the CODCr , BOD5, SS achieve to 59.8%, 59.5% and 28.5% in the center-section water treatment facilities. The average elimination rate achieve to 90.1%, 89.5% and 85.0% for the CODcr, BOD5, SS in the rotary boiler's starch washing water treatment facilities. The facility processing effect is stable. The water's quality has met the standard requirements. The practice proves that the method which we use this combination craft to process papermaking waste water has extremely economic efficiency and the environment benefit.
