Optimal Design Of The Large Steel Egg-Shaped Sludge Digestion Tank

In order to adapt the situation of planning market, it is necessary to develop this sludge digestion tank.This paper based on the study of the foreign technology to develop a large steel egg-shaped sludge digestion tank, which adopt the A/O activated sludge method and medium temperature digestion method to make the sludge well anaerobic digested and steadied. After continuously churning up, the firedamp will be generated on the top of the egg-shaped digestion tank, which can be used to power generation and heating. The sewage which being wiped off could be reused after decontamination. The sludge could be used to produce fertilizer and construction materials etc. the techniques is highly advanced.This paper makes a comparison between the egg-shaped sludge digestion tank and the traditional columnar sludge digestion tank. The former has a better specialty on hydraulics and sculpt.In the end, according to the analysis of spheroid force principle including force analysis of static load and dynamic load as well as force analysis of their partnership in different circumstance, these loads transfer to support and their proper partnership and analysis play a key role in analyzing force and calculating the mold. When analyzing force in mechanics principle and setting up a force modeling and calculation formula, we need analyze and calculate the needful carrying thickness of support. When checking different loads' partnership in different circumstance, we need expound and prove the feasibility of bearing the weight of support. We also confirm the support form of steel egg-shaped sludge digestion tank.
