This article particularly introduces the development of APC, it's contents and characteristic, on the basis of work of multivariable predictive control which used in the equipments, such as Continuous reforming and Aromatic hydrocarbon extraction. Aimed at the application of APC in Continuous reforming and Aromatic hydrocarbon extraction unite equipments, it bring forward the resolved schemes for multivariable controller. Emphasis on the design idea and implement principle, according to the change on the rebuild produce situation, simultaneously combine the characteristics of multivariable controller, improves the controller of Aromatic produce equipment which has already used in the past. The results from quality test analysis and on-line analysis meter have on-line revision to the discursion account value of siding produce, which can reform the precision of quality's calculate result, improve the performance of multivariable control.The successful application of APC on Continuous reforming/Aromatic hydrocarbon extraction unite equipments, not only resolve the problem of calming operation, greatly reduces the fluctuate of important process parameter, which from liquid level of the bottom tower of pretreatment part and the reactive temperature on reforming reaction(weighting average entrance temperature) and Aromatic rectify part and heating stove part, but also sufficiently exert the potential of equipments, advance disposal quantum of equipments, control reaction rigor degree with reason improve check out rate of product quality and the product's received rate of high add-ons, reduce energy consume of equipment, make highest benefit for produce equipment.
