With the development of petrochemical enterprises increasingly fierce competition,the enterprise must further reduce production costs, improve product quality andenergy-saving emission reduction, Xi’an Petrochemical company’s FCCU equipmentsused distributed control system (CS3000) has been unable to fully meet therequirements of production, advanced process control (APC) become a high-techenterprises preferred.The thesis constructed the system platform of APC software and CS3000based onOPC technology, using ASPEN DMC Plus software is APC software, through theanalysis of FCCU process and control of the present condition, to determine compliancewith operating variables of advanced controller (MV) and control variables (CV). Theorder of data acquisition step test method, and the screening, model identification andoffline simulation data by DMC Plus software. In order to get the optimal model, thethesis using the ASPEN IQ software design of soft instrument, side-draw productinference calculation on-line correction, to improve the quality of prediction accuracy.Finally, after one week of test data comparison conclusion:The successful application of APC controller, not only solved the problem ofstable operation of the device, and give full play to device, equipment potential,improve device processing capacity, product quality qualified rate and high value-addedproduct yield, reducing the energy consumption of the equipment, make highest benefitfor produce equipment.
