Study On Using Cement Kiln Turning To Deal With Hazard Wastes And Investigation Of Hazard Waste Chemicals In Jilin Province

when industry and economy develop rapidly and people enjoy happy lives , hazardwastes which is harmless to human health and environment quality , have been produced frompeople's everyday lives. Especially , development of industry make some pesticide andsolvent widely used . Chemicals for scientific research and chemicals newly composed areendangering the environment safety . Using cement kiln turning to dispose hazard wastes isconsidered as an good method in and abroad , which can receive double benefits both ineconomy and environment .Based on academic analysis, whether cement industry is suit to dispose chemicalsspecially has been discussed . On the basis of investigation research , theproduction ,reservation ,emission and disposal state of hazard waste chemicals in jilinprovince have been illuminated. And questions for hazard wastes management in jilinprovince ,as well as trend of hazard wastes pollution all have been analyzed . Meanwhile thefeasibility of using cement kiln turning to deal with waste chemicals was discussed.In this paper it was proved that it was feasible to using cement kiln turning on wastechemicals disposal. But it is also necessary to checking up the component and hazardsubstance before the chemical taken into the cement kiln. In 2002, the number of production ,reservation , use, disposal and emission of the hazard wastes in jilin province are559650.87ton, 249390.84ton, 55606.31ton, 111850.07ton, 142803.64ton in turn . Moreoverthe emission percentage of waste chemicals in Jilin province comes to 67.6% . In fact , as aresult of unscientific administration , the actual production number and emission number allwill be big than investigation result .So normal facility and technology are highly needed .Asstepped-up as the old industrial base of the Northeast developing , the hazard wastes pollutionin Jilin province will become more and more worse ,if scientific management and effectivedisposal technique isn't applied quickly .Based on the analysis of cement industry development and environment protection policy,the method ,using cement kiln turning to deal with waste chemicals , is necessary to extend inJilin province. It was considered that this method will reduce the stress of resource shortageand keep cement industry developing steadily, on the other hand the method can also reduceinput of waste disposal ,which will play an active role in environment protection of Jilinprovince and the whole Northeast area .
