Using polymers of different molecular weights and different solvents as reactive medium,the conductive polyaniline doped heterpolyacid with Keggin structure was successfullyprepared, when heterpolyacid and (NH4)2S2O8 Were regarded as dopant oxidizing agnent,respectively. The polyaniline was characterized by IR, XRD and UV-vis spectrum, and itsconductivity was measured by using a standard 4-probe method.We researched different systems (different molecular weights, different concentrationpolymers and different solvents) had effect on properties of preparing polyaniline includingconductivity and water solubility. The rate of HeterPolyacid, oxidizing agent and monomerand different temperature of the reactive system had effect on qualities, conductivity, andsolubility of final production. We found successfully the appropriate condition of higherconductivity and better solubility.1. We probed into the best condition of high conductivity polyaniline in 30 wt. %PEG-water blends.2. Polymers of different molecular weights and solvent concentrations affected theconductivity and solubility of polyaniline, and we provided relative reasonable explanation.3. The polyaniline doped H4SiW12O40 was prepared in 30 wt. % PEG-water blend andalcohol-water blend, respectively. Its properties were water solubility and conductivity. Weresearched that different solvents had an effect on qualities, conductivity and solubility. Theresults showed that all properties of doped polyaniline in PEG-alcohol blend were better thanthat of PEG-water blend.4. The water solubility and high conductivity of polyaniline was successfully prepared inpolymers-alcohol blend of different molecular weight, and the molecular weight of polymersmade influence on conductivity and solvency rate of production. The highest conductivity ofmaterial was 9.7S/cm , and the highest solvency rate was 61 %.5. The water solublity and conductivity of polyaniline was prepared in 2 wt. %PAM-water blend and in PAM-PEG blend, at the same time, different solvent had an impacton qualities, conductivity and solvency rate. We probed into the most appropriate condition ofthe water solubility and conductivity of polyaniline in 2 wt. % PAM-water blend.
