Polyaniline(PANI) has been widely applied in most fields because of its variable structure,particular adulterate nature and excellent anticorrosion performance and other specialties.Since PANI possesses big rigidity,big polarity,bad mechanical capability,unsoluble and unfusion,so PANI is very difficult to process and these lead to difficult apply in most fields.The aniline monomer is bad to people's health,but the toxicity of PANI has not been reported.In this paper,doped PANI were directly synthesized by using tungstic acid peroxide(TAP) as a homogeneous catalyst in the presence of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) and two kinds of macromolecule acid:polypropylene acid(PAA) and acrylic acid-2-acrylamido-2-methylpropane sulfonic acid copolymer(AA/AMPS).After reaction was over,water and low molecule side-product in the reaction system were disposed by vacuum distillation,the product obtained dissolved and separated well in polarity organic solvents and water.The effect of reaction temperature and time on the yield and conductivity was studied.The dissolvable capability of the doped PANI in the organic solvent and water was also researched.The structure and performance of doped PANI were analyzed by FT-IR and polarizing microscope et al.The surface of silica nano-particles was modified with silane coupling agent having amino group,and then the resulting silica slurry blent with the emulsion of MAA-MMA copolymer having carboxyl group.In this way,silica particles coated with polymer are obtained.FT-IR spectra and particles distribution instrument analysis prove that MAA-MMA copolymer has been synthesized,and coated on the surface of silica by formation of chemical bond.Mechanical properties of cured resin filled with particles are also studied.The tensile strength,impact strength and Barcol hardness of cured resin increased when the mass ratio of particles to resin was 2%,so the toughness increased obviously.Putting some PANI into NMP and fully stirred,adding silica particles coated with polymer,then sufficiently mixing and cured with epoxy resin.The impact of the addition of PANI/silica particle coated with polymer on wet adhesion and anticorrosion is also studied.In the end,it concluded that the best proportion of anticorrosion coating was:(epoxy resin:curing agent:PANI:silica particle coated with polymer= 100:40:15:2).It showed that this proportion has good performance of preventing corrosion in accelerating immersion.Polymer with HTEMPO residue is obtained from binary copolymerization of MMA and AA,adding terminator in the end of polymerization reaction.Polymer is blended with carbon black pigment,and reacts at 135℃,carbon black coated with polymer is obtained.Putting some PANI doped with AA/AMPS into absolute alcohol and fully stirred,then adding some carbon black coated with polymer,bleaching and dyeing silkworm cocoon.Finally,wash the dyed silkworm cocoon with shampoo,and notice the change of color.Result shows that the color of dyed silkworm cocoon will not change significantly when the addition of carbon black coated with polymer is 1.5%.
