The result of many scientists shows that sterol has better biological activity and have higher applied value. There are many reports about researching sterol extraction method by material of deodorizing effluence efflux, but source raw material is limited. The text takes abundance soybean oil waste as material and discusses extraction method of sterol. when extracting sterol it can get fatty acid methyl ester (biology diesel oil),glycerin and sodium sulfate and so on by production. Not only it improves appending value of soybean production, but also it ensures environment. In the same time, it offers new way of comprehensive utilization about soybean oil waste.The text reviews accuracy and precision of determining plant sterol by ferric sulfate spectrophotometry, correlation coefficient of calibration curve is R2 = 0.9989 , recovery percent is 0.0018 , coefficient of variation is 1.41% , the difference of the method and GC method is 0.47 percent , which shows that ferric sulfate spectrophotometry can achieve soon analysis request of laboratory and factory .The text particularly analyses ingredient and characteristic of raw material oil waste and constitutes process chart of extracting sterol from soybean oil waste according characteristic of oil waste. It's reasonable for using aqueous phrase saponification, because raw material oil waste contains liquid water content. Analyzing effect of saponification rate for characteristic of fatty acid , purify of sterol and obtain rate, elect reasonable asponification conditions : closed system , temperature 95℃ , constant speed wiping , the best dosage of NaOH is 12.00g/100g—13.20g/100g , time of saponification is 3h . The dosage of NaOH should accord to saponification valence of raw material oil waste if raw material of oil waste is different, soap solution PH of the last reaction is controlled in 9—10. Take samples and determine at any momentensure saponafication is over 90%, confirm time of saponification reaction. The result of experment show that it can not extract sterol if saponification rate is below 40%, it's easy to appear emulsification phenomenon in process of washing.It affects factors of esterify reaction process, in the same time it restricts sterol edterify transferring esterify reaction. The result of experiment shows that ratio of methanol to material is as 2 to 1 under boiling temperature, that catalyzing environment PH is 2.0, purify of extracting sterol is 93.6%, rate of sterol is 89.9% after reaction time is2h. The process of experiment discovers that saponification process and esterify process is key factors in methods of extracting sterol, only electing the best reaction conditions can improve purify and obtain rate of sterol.The designing method of extracting soybean oil waste product two kinds of sewage acid water and washing sewage. According to similarities and differences of two kinds of sewage, design scheme and analyze infection factors. Choice the best decolorizing conditions by orthogonal experiment and single factor experiment: type of active carbon is dusty , the dosage of active carbon is 1.5% , time of reaction is 20min, temperature of reaction is 80 °C. It's better according with Freundlich equation and directs the dosage of active carbon .The recovery rate of sodium sulfate in acid water is 80%--85%, the recovery of glycerin is89.9%, the recovery by productions can use in industry production .The wiping off rate of COD is higher closed 90% when washing waste water center come unglued by milk of lime, filtrate, decolorizing. Because washing waste water contains a little methanol and organic small molecule impurity, COD of water solution still higher after dealing with, but solution is transparence, a majority of ions have been removed such as SO43", PO43"in solution concentration of Ca ion is small , water solution after dealing with could resolve NaOH again or reuse as washing water .The experiment that research characteristic of extracting sterol method is: take abundance resource soybean oil waste as raw material; avoiding abuse that use much organic solvent extraction, fully using cold analyzing characteristic of dissociating sterol and give attention to extraction of VE; By production of fatty acid esterify is a kind of important energy resource; research about dealing with waste water of soybean oil waste extracting sterol offers reference for protecting environment, manipulated method is simple , stabilization , easily industrialization , it's very important to exploit backward position appending production in grease industry .
