Study On The Water Pollution Control For Mangxi River Valley In Leshan City

With the development of industrialization and urbanization, water pollution has been a hotspot and difficulty problem, especially the space-time complexity of valley water pollution. It has practical and necessary meaning for sustainable utilization of water resource in watershed that the new thoughts and methods for resolving the valley water pollution are explored.In this paper, a pilot study on the water pollution control of MangXi river valley in LeShan city has been made, based on the theories and techniques of many subjects, after summing and analyzing the most researches around the foreign and domestic. It includes: the cut quantity of pollutions are figured out with the pollution charges in the fixed year after calculating the water environmental capacity of the contaminations, based on the investigation of source pollution and the evaluating for the current quality of water in watershed according to the environmental quality requirement of watershed. In order to achieve the environmental quality standard of watershed function and the unity of economic, environmental and social profit, the integrated measures of the prevention and cure for watershed pollution are discussed from the reasonable point of utilizing water resource, protecting water environment, improving water quality and upgrading the self-cleaning capability of watershed.According to the method this paper has given out, the results of study are: the current quality of MangXi river has seriously gone beyond the standard, the valley has no water environmental capacity, the town source pollution is the main of source pollution in the valley, the style of pollution is NH3-N nutrition. The effective strategy of prevention and cure for water pollution is: under the golden rule of gross pollution control, so-called "four-insurance strategy" will be carried out that is pollution cured, wastewater transformed resource, valley ecology renewed, strengthening supervising and management for watershed environment. With the strategy of this paper and the practical circumstances of MangXi river valley, a series of more effective and practical integrated measures are put forward, example as more advancing harnessing engineering for industry sourcepollution, practical engineering for municipal wastewater, maneuverable measures that can make effective control for pollution of fertilizer and pesticide, constructing swamp and strengthening green for renewing ecology environment of the valley etc.
