The Tangwang river is a major tributary of the lower reaches of the Songhua river,as well as yichun major industrial and agricultural water.It is the main water body,the water quality situation not only restricts the Yichun economic and social development,also has a great influence of the Songhua river water quality.The paper takes the Tangwang river as the research object,combined with the progress of the domestic and foreign surface water time and space change law.Through the methods of consulting data,pollution source status survey,water environment capacity survey,monitoring data analysis and so on,the total amount of pollutant discharge is estimated,the temporal and spatial variation rules of the water quality of the Tangwang river are analyzed,and the water quality status and causes of the Tangwang river are analyzed.The countermeasures and suggestions for pollution control of the Tangwang river are put forward to provide scientific basis for improving the current situation of the Tangwang river water environment and exploring the comprehensive improvement of the Tangwang river basin.Through source analysis that the total chemical oxygen demand was about 7801.03t/a,and ammonia nitrogen was about 1015.40t/a.The total water environment capacity of the Tangwang river is 19357t/a,ammonia nitrogen 966t/a;The residual water environment capacity is 11556.00t/a,ammonia nitrogen-49.4t/a.The total capacity of water environment in the Tangwang river basin is abundant,and the environmental capacity resources of different administrative regions are obviously different.The water quality of background section is poor,and the content of organic pollutants in water is higher.From the temporal variation,the overall water quality of each section is better in the dry period,and the water quality is relatively poor.From the spatio variation,along the river,the permanganate indexand chemical oxygen demand concentration changed little overall,but after the water flows through the town is inferior to other river.The concentration of ammonia nitrogen along the river has changed significantly,and the intensity of each evaluation index of the Chenming section is higher than that of the Xinqing section from 2006 to 2010.The concentration of each evaluation index of the Chenming section is lower than that of the Xinqing section from 2011 to 2015.The results of surface water environmental quality evaluation showed that the quality of Tang Wang River in 2006 and 2008 was moderately polluted,and the rest of the year were mild pollution.The results of fuzzy evaluation showed that the water quality of the Tang Wang River was excellent in 2014 and 2015,and the water quality in 2010 was good,and the rest of the year were mild pollution.The two evaluation methods show that the water quality of the Tangwang river in 2007,2009,2011,2012 and 2013 is the same,all of which are mild pollution,and the evaluation results of the other annual fuzzy evaluation methods are better than the surface water environmental quality evaluation method.The main reason for the water quality problem of the Tangwang river is the high bottom value of the organic pollutants in the Tangwang river basin,and the lagging of the environmental infrastructure construction,the irrational industrial structure and the lack of agricultural pollution control are also the reasons for the increase of the pollutant concentration in the river.Through the investigation and analysis,the countermeasures for the prevention and control of the pollution of the decoction of the Tangwang river are preliminarily proposed from the aspects of the comprehensive regulation of the basin,the pollution control of the source of life,the prevention and control of the industrial pollution and the comprehensive regulation of agriculture.
