At present, the method of producing purity aluminum in China is also three-layer aluminum electrolysis, which needs consuming about 19000Kwh D.C. consumption comparated with other countries. Therefore, it prevents the development of the three-layer aluminum electrolysis, and in some degree restricts the production of purity aluminum. The purpose of the paper is how to reduce consumption of energy and select the best component of electrolyte in the industry.This main thesis of the paper is that by changing the concrete content of every group one in electrolyte system of AlF3-Na3AlF6-BaCl2-NaCl, prepare samples in the muffle furnace and determine the density, liquidus temperature and conductance of the beginning of a piece of electrolyte of different groups using the comprehensive measure apparatus of melting body physico-chemical properties of Model RTW-09, also combining three-layer aluminium electrolysis to refine key demand in electrolyte system, elects several group energy-efficient electrolyte composition on the basis of experiment, and meets the demands of manufacture.This paper will need test research work of electrolyte physico-chemical properties finishing in the laboratory of scientific research universities and colleges. For the first time, it combines togetherwith industrial production reality , utilizes advanced intelligentequipment, tests in the production factory, and has made the yield goodresults.
