With the economy development rapid and the population increasing and the people demanding unceasingly to the Mineral product, environmental disaster question is more and more serious in world scope of mining city. Mineral resources that is in a series of processes that is developed, processed and transported and so on, which changes inevitably terrain, landform and rock layer's structure and destroys the original condition continuously, long term and massively. They influence the crustal stress equilibrium and the water balance, cause the serious environmental disaster, for example, soil erosion, fall of ground, the environmental pollution and so on. So it's important theory significance and the practical value for effectively preventing and controlling these disasters that study the formed mechanism and the evolved rule of the mining city environmental disaster. This thesis analyzed the domestic and foreign present situation of environmental disaster and the concept, classification and characteri -stic environmental disaster and mining city environmental disaster. It discussed evolved rule of mining city environmental risk and environmental disaster, and also discussed dialectical relations of environmental risk system and environmental disaster system. By analyzing each influence factor of the mining city environ -mental disaster, this thesis proposed the mining city environmental disaster appraisal target system, and constructed the grey cluster relation analysis model for atmospheric environmental appraisal, B-P ANN model for water environmental appraisal, AHP model for geology environmental appraisal, fire explodes index model for fire explodes appraisal, grades pattern model for noise environmental appraisal and grey disaster variation forecast model for forecast and warning. Take FuXin for example, this thesis appraised the atmosphere and the noise. The result indicated these appraisal models and evolved rule accord with practical condition, and they were feasible.
