Firstly, it hasdescribed the concept on special appraisal of safe production permit;secondly, it hasintroduced the current situation, theoretical foundation, general principle of domesticand international safety evaluation in detail;finally, through looking up, analyzingand predicting the danger, harmful factor, danger consequence and its degree of MaLan village iron ore mining engineering system, it has put forward the rational andfeasible security countermeasure measure. This thesis, according to the mineproduction technology course and safety condition, has divided the mine into such 13appraisal units as the safety management, the industrial places and its framework onchart, open-cut mining, mine transportation, the arrangement of the soil field, electricfacility, the defense of draining and a fire, the inflating facility, bursting work and themanagement of bursting apparatus, defending the noise and dust, and industrialhygiene;then it has carried out special safety appraisal for each unit respectively indetail by adopting the safe quantitative analytical method of check table. Thereinto, ithas adopted the concept of appraisal set of fuzzy mathematics to build appraisalsubset in every checking items in the appraisal unit of safety checking sheet;meanwhile, evaluate values to every hazardous factors existing in the company in theform of matrix so that the checking items in the safety checking sheet can bequantified in the form of matrix, in this way, we can give a solution to the matrixsubset through mathematical operation and then unify the solution, the real safetylevel can be summarized in corresponding to the rank of safety of Ma Lan Villageiron ore mine.The thesis, through studying to the special appraisal of safe production permit ofiron ore in the village of Ma Lan of Capital Iron and Steel Co. of Tangshan, thusdrawing the special appraisal of safe production permit, will has very importantmeanings for supervising and managing the safety in production of mine, preventingand reducing accidents during the production process.
