| Emulsion explosive is a kind of water-in-oil emulsoid industrial explosiveproduced by emulgent through emulsifying technology, which usually use aqueoussolution of oxidant as dispersed phase and oils and waxes as continuous phase. Itbecomes a developing trend of industrial explosive because of wide source of rawmaterials and using safety ,overcoming TNT in ammonite poisoning human bodies,environmental pollution and unsafely factors during producing and using.Emulsion explosive need continuous phase having superior properties. Oil phasematerials have a growing amount of demand with continuously increasingconsumption of explosive. Nowadays raw materials produced for oil phase materialare various, including waxes, heavy oil, vaseline, microcrystalline waxes, lubricatingoil and so on. Each explosive factory has strongly demand about explosive compostedwax because of difficulties of purchasing and highly transportation costs.The article which is in accordance with above problems, combining with theproperties of NanYang crude oil and unit characteristics of wax fine chemical plant,define product quality standards under the base of consulting documents, choose andset up appropriately analysis methods, and we build the needing units for productexperiments. During researching, determine blending components according to someparameters such as carbon distribution, distillation range, needle penetration and oilcontent, and respectively investigate the influence on product quality while everycomponent content changed. At the base of this, the last determining product formulaget through consumer detection.In order to promote the product in market as soon as possible, we built a set of5000t/a producing unit of complex wax for emulsiong explosive. Complex wax foremulsion explosive have sold to 28 factories of 11 provinces since 2004, and export toDRVN and Mongolia, acquiring considerably economic benefits for enterprise.
