The Research Of Skidded Oily Water Treatment Equipment

This paper introduces the research of skidded oily watertreatment equipment. Through the research of liquid-liquidhydrocyclone, coalescence inclined plate sedimentation tank,multi-filter media filter, agents-adding system, waste oil recoverysystem, controlling system and skidded structure, the skidded oilywater treatment equipment was developed. The equipment has thefeatures of compact structure, high treatment efficiency, smallerspace used, convenient operation, convenient transportation andsuitable for the treatment of oily water in smaller or marginedoilfield.Through theoretical research and experiment on site, thefollowing conclusions are reached:1.When the oil content of the inlet water is under 150mg/L,water cut is under 100mg/l, the water quality of the outlet ofequipment can reach the B1 water injecting standard ofSY/T5329-94 for middle penetration oilfield (oil content ≤ 8.0mg/l,water cut ≤ 3.0mg/l). This indicates that the equipment hasreasonable design, advanced technology and can operate smoothly.2. The equipment adopts advanced liquid-liquid hydrocyclone,the residence time of waste water in it is very short, and the oilremoving efficiency is high. When the inlet oil content is less than150 mg/l, the outlet oil content can be controlled under 50 mg/l.3. The equipment adopts coalescence inclined platesedimentation tank, the tank has smaller volume, higher efficiency.4. The equipment adopts multi-filter media filter, makes theoutlet water quality be ensured.5. The equipment is skidded, and has the feature of smallervolume, higher efficiency, convenient installation and operation. Itsprice is only half of the fixed treatment system, and suitable for thetreatment and rejection of waste water in small oilfield.
