| In this thesis, visible light curing dental adhesive was prepared on the foundation of theseniority investigation which used micron SiC>2 as filling, It's performance were better thandomestic adhesives. And kinetic mechanism were studied .The main contents and results wereas follows:1. Epoxy acrylates were prepared by reacting epoxy resin with methacrylic acid in thepresence of tertiary amine. EAM was further synthesized in maleic anhydride, The effectof catalyst weight ,reaction temperature and time, stuff ratio and'others on the reaction havebeen examined. Optimum reaction condition was selected in orthogonality experiment. Thekinetics anlysis indicated: the esterification follows the 1st order reaction.2. Firstly, trimellitic anhydride reacts with thionyl chloride to the preparation ofintermediate, trimellitic anhydride chloride (TMAC), then 4-methacryloxyethyl-trimeliticanhydride(4-META)was synthesized in 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylatereacting with intermediate, which was desiccated to acid hydrogen chloride, finally productwas purificated through recrystal in carbon tetrachloride. The effect was investigated such asmonomer kinds and quantity, reaction time and temperature, solvent and so on . IRequipment had been applied for the identification and characterization of the synthesizedcompound.3. Photoinitiator, accelerant and hinder effect of oxygen was researched , the resultshows: the curing rate increases approximate linearly as the concentration of photoinitiatorincreases initially, but it will keep steady at a certain concentration , Different kinds SiC^ wascompared and its content was finally determinated, The separately influence of crosslinkingagent to the intensity of base adhesive and composite resin had been examined, We foundcrosslinking degree is mainly depended on the ratio of base resin to crosslinking agent,composite resin has a certain curing depth. When the depth is beyond 3mm, stratificationcured is perfect.
