Dental adhesive is a medical preparation by the adhesive material, its usage is to be applied to the surface of the denture base. It can be adhered to the damaged dentin, increase to the bite force and improve the occlusion efficiency. Dental adhesive meet to doctors and patients in dental field for cosmetic dental restoration requirements, owing to their advantages, such as good curing effect, operational flexibility, good biocompatibility and so on. However, there is no market-oriented products, because the study of dental adhesive is just beginning. In order to meet the needs of consumers, developing a good-performance, affordable dental adhesive to replace imported products it is of great significance. The study attempts to from the matrix resins, active diluents, initiator system to select the best adhesive formulations, developing an excellent new modified dental adhesive and detecting the mechanical properties of this material.Firstly, using the method of direct esterification with bisphenol A and GMA as raw materials to synthesize Bis-GMA; With E-51 epoxy resin and methylacrylic acid as raw materials to synthesize EA; With hydroxyl ethyl methacrylate, neopentyl glycol and phosphoric acid as the raw materials to synthesize the different types of unsaturated phosphate. And verified their structures by infrared spectrum and HNMR spectrum to the target products. The preparation of dental adhesive which include resin matrix system, active diluent system, initiator system, fillers and additives to test its performance by shear force, and to explore the influence of material properties. Finally, find the optimum reaction ratio. The experimental results showed that:Bis-GMA, EA, PUA and unsaturated phosphate as the matrix resin; TPMTA and TPGDA as reactive diluent, the photoinitiators systems were mainly composed of CQ, and some TPO and DMAM; the fillers were mainly composed of nano-SiO2, and some nano-ZrO2 and bioactive glass ceramic. The dental adhesive obtained the best performance. When the content of the matrix resin was 69%; the content of reactive diluent was 25%; the content of chemical initiator was 3%; the content of photoinitiator systems was 2%; the content of filler was 23%. The shear force achieved 56.10N, which has reached 86.44% of the product of Japan. It showed this study had the economic promise.
