Study On The Ecological Compensate Technique For The Environment Of Ecological Highway In Chongqing

With the development of economy, the steps of road construction is quickening day by day. The environmental questions that caused by road construction have aroused the people's attention gradually. Solving the ecological problems of the road line is the task of top priority in road construction. This article starts from the ecological influence caused by the road construction, analyzed the characteristics of highway environmental impact. Based on Sustainable Development and Ecology theory, the author defines the ecological highway and its connotation. After investigating the ecological compensate measures taken to the environment of the highway in Chongqing at present, the author consults the current domestic technological condition, also uses the foreign outstanding experience and achievements for reference properly, combines the natural, economic and geographical condition of Chongqing, she carry on overall research and illustrate on side-slope protecting, highway virescence, highway landscape design and the protection of wild animals, etc. The author also try to put forward a suitable ecological compensate techniques, means, measures for Chongqing city; to work out an economical and practical ecological compensate technique that is easy and simple to handle. The article is still setting up a system to estimate the benefits of the ecological compensate project in Chongqing city, in order to improve the benefits of the ecological compensate project form economical, environmental and social aspects. Combining estimate the benefits of the actual highway ecological compensate project in Chongqing, the author puts forward the way how to improve the comprehensive benefits of the ecological compensate project in highway construction.
