Spun silks are one of China's traditional exports and earn a great deal of foreign exchange for our country annually, which rank 1st in export quantum in the world. The refinement of spun silk material will influence the quality and cost of products. Different methods taken will press different impact on labor intensity, work situation and environmental pollution. At present, it is a common method in spun silk and effective in both glue removing and cost saving. But it still has some disadvantages, such as long production period, unstable quality, low labor productivity. The product environment is so bad that reek can be smelt here and there in the workshop. This project is to search all kinds of bacterium in septic sewage of schapping, then among them, separating, fostering and sieving some bacteria which can remove the glue more effective in less time. The research on this subject will rapid the speed oftechnical progress, lower the production cost, increase the economic benefit for enterprises, improve the working environment, and reduce the environmental pollution and intensity of work greatly. The research on this subject can be divided into two parts as following:(1) Searching the method to sieve degumming bacteria. Three methods have been established, which is better than the others with the advantages of easy operation, palpable effects, and time saving. Then several experiments have been done on growth characteristics, classification and determination of the bacteria. Finally, we got a kind of best degumming bacteria among them.(2) Research on influence of nitrogen source, carbon source, time, temperature, pH value and other technological parameters in stimulating degumming ability of the bacteria, which is helpful in choosing best growth condition. It is a kind of aerobic bacteria supported by the fact that the degumming effect will be better while the speed of shaking table get higher. The low percentage of glue will be achieved with the following growth condition: K2HPO4 0.1%, KH2PO40.4%, MgSO40.05%, bean power 0.5%, pH 7, T = 40 °C, r=200rpm, t = 3 days, bath ratio 1:50, percentage of inoculum 2%.
