In recent year, with the improvement of human's environment consciousness and health protection consciousness, people is paying more and more attentions to the natural fibre materials. Since it's softness , lightness as well as comfort, silk fabrics always are top grade product in the world market and are deeply loved by customers all over the world . Our country is the source regin of the silk and the exportation of spun silk . But facing the fierce competition on international market, our industry of spun silk exit many problems on material, technicology , equipment, technics , management as well as product . The topic is the technicology of dewing for scoured wast silk which is an important link in draft making process of the industry of spun silk .Doing a large of experimentations in order to select the antistatic agent, softening agent and electrolyte agent. Compare the the frictional properties and conducting electricity properties of the sourced waist silk damped agent, then can get the the antistatic agent, softening agent and electrolyte need in experiment as well as the absorption rang of thoseselected agents . As the following: the antistatic agent is 824-N,which absorption rang is 0.05%~0.2% ; softening agent is 289,which absorption rang is 0.5%~0.7%; electrolyte agent is citric acid three natrium ,which absorption rang is 0.1%~0.2%; and dispersant is WA , which absorption rang is 0.05%~0.1%.Discussing the technicology of immersion dewing , then conclude that the absorption quantity that scoured waist silk absorb surface active agent is increasing with the increase of concentration , but reach the absotption equation , the absorption is no more than incresa even adding the immersion time . Also , can conclude that the immersion time is 10 mins if using the the technicology of immersion dewing.Using the two different technicology of damp , the technicoliogy of sprinkling dewing and the technicology of immersion dewing to damp the scoured waist silk . Testing the the frictional properties and conducting electricity properties of the scouredwaist silk damped , can get the conclusion that the technicology of immersion dewing is better than the technicoliogy of sprinkling dewing , and mixed liquer is perior to single gene . Establishing the mathematical modal to confect the mix liquor, and eliciting the optimum directions for producing chemicals:antistatic agen 824-N:0.05%;softeness agen 289:0.64%;dispersant WA:0.1%electrolyte agent citric acid three natrium : 0.2% meantime ,the half life is 20.1s , coefficient of static friction is 0.172 and coefficient of kinetic friction is 0.136.
