China is the biggest country of silk spun products. Much more attentions are needed to pay to how to take good advantage of so many materials. It will raise the production efficiency immensely. It has been the stickiest problem for a long time for the silk spun mills to remove the oil from the heavy oil materials efficiently and absolutely .There has not been systemically study on this subject because of the conditional limitation, no breakthroughs as well. At present, the methods are mainly schapping and chemicals. But the method of the schapping has a lot of disadvantages, For example ,it needs long production cycle, heavy labor, holds lots of areas ,and provides low production efficiency and bad working conditions . However, if the suitable chemicals are chosen, both the working conditions and the oil-removing effect will be improved, which is the trend for silk degumming agent. In this dissertation, the focus will be put on the chemical oil-removing agent and process for heavy oil materials and good effects are hoped to reach at low pH value and ordinary technical conditions through the mixture of surfactants.Frigon was chosen as the experimental, According the quality of the heavy oil materials which have high oil content and low sericin content, technical conditions were initially set at the level of low pH value ,low temperature and enforced presoaking process. And then, these surfactants and builders were chosen to test in the presoaking and refining process, getting some kinds of surfactants with lowest oil content on refined waste silk. Following that, they were tested for best oil-removing effect in mixture. Finally, based on the mixture , how thetechnical conditions , temperature % time-, alkaline dosage, influence the oil and gum content on refined waste silk was observed ,and then best technical conditions were concluded.Based on the result of experiments, during presoaking process, the anionic surfactants are better than nonionic surfactants when they are used permeating agent, during the refining process, whichever single surfactant can't obtain the target when the refining surfactant s consistence is limited , their discrepancies are distinct. But anionic-nonionic surfactants system in mixture, having good oil-removing effects, and displaying supernal surface activity, however the effect don't reach industrial standard. Finally experiment anionic-cationic surfactants in mixture. This technique breaks through traditional standpoint, eventually the result s show that the effect is variation base on the ratio in mixture. And these rations have a type which has the best oil-removing effect, and the effect meets industrial standard. In the experiments, it was found that alkaline was not the distinct factor but the time was. At last a anionic-cationic oil removing agent was concluded. The best technical condition is that ,presoaking : 3hours ^ 45 °C ^ bath ratio :l:20 > Na2Co3:lg/l, polarity organic compound :0.4g/l.refining: 40min -? 85 °C ? bath ratio: 1:60 > Na2Co3:2g/l.,CMC: 0.50g/l.This dissertation solves the oil-removing problem. The oil content has been dropped down to below 0.5% with high residual silk gum content through the mixture of surfactants and other builders and alkaline.
