According to the regulations ,the supplier must provide the report on component-inspection of garmenture before they enter into the market. The coating fabric is composed of coating agent and fabric,and there are many kinds of coating agents ,so it is difficult to detect. The SHANGHAI INFORMATION AND TECHNOLOGY INSTITUTE searches for the standard in and abroad,such as GB ISO AATCC ASTM and so on,and finds out that there is no method to investigate the component of the coated fabric.In order to find out the ways to detect the coated fabric,we should investigate the coat and the fabric separately.Most coating agents are solvent ,either the single element or the double element,they can be dissolved in the given organic reagent. Therefore it is most important to remove the coat from the fabric,meanwhile the fabric can not bedamaged.This paper comes from SHANGHAI ENTRY-EXIT INSPECTION AND QUARANTINE BUREAU OF THE PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA.According to their previous work and many other information, this paper mainly makes research on the solution of the coating agent,and makes no damage to the fabric,or the damage can be neglected. Then we can make the quantitative analysis to the coated fabric.Therefore,surrounded by the coating agent Just like PU PA PVC and Synthetic Rubber(Neoprene) and so forth,this dissertation does a lot of research work on their solubility in different impregnant. Compared with the several factors,such as the environment-protection, the conditions of solution,the separation efficiency and the damage to the fabric,finally we get the best technics condition,and also we get the modified modulus of the solvent to the fabric. Based on the standard of GB/T2910 and the GB/T2911,the fabric can be investigated.In addition,this paper makes the qualitative analysis to the component of coat and fabric with FT-IR.The result shows that it is a better method, and which is simple ,and can also get the spectrum photos of high SNR, and which is no damage to fabric.To the fabric,there are many traditional ways to detect,like the solution way,burning way ,and to observe the fibre and its portrait structure by using microscope. Based on the AATCC20 andFZ/T01057.3,which provide the portrait character and metallograph of all kinds of fibre, we can make the qualitative analysis to the fibre.This dissertation primarily makes the methods of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis to the coated fabric ,and does a lot of work for the standard of the component detection of the coated fabric. It will offer technique for the protection of the consumer's benefit, regulating the market,eliminating the fault and retaining the truth and improving the methods to detect the fibre. Although we can not do the research on all the coated fabric, the sample we get is of representative,therefore the result of this paper is very useful for the foundation of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis of coated fabric.
